NOW! We are now accepting new clients starting April of 2020. We can offer haircuts, baths, and nail trims etc. for dogs up to 90 pounds due to the available space. We are able to do this because of the new addition to our Top Dog team, Kaitlin! She is an experienced groomer. We will be happy to assist your pet grooming needs with our new experienced groomer along with our existing groomer, Lily. They will work together in order to give your dogs the positive grooming experience you are looking for!
We are now open on Monday's for grooming. Kaitlin we will offering grooming appoinments.

We schedule appointment times so your dog will spend as little time away from home as possible.

There is no extra charge for having to drop them off in the morning before you go to work and leaving them in our care until your shift is over. You can drop them off in the morning as early as 7:30am and pick them up by 5pm.

Gentle and experienced groomers.

We have high standards of sanitation, all equipments is sterile before using on your dog, as are the cages and the shop.

Also we require vaccinations up to date to offer a controlled environment of contagious conditions.

Top Dog is a by appointment salon. Grooming services are performed by Lily Stevenson, groomer since 2000 and starting April 2020 Kaitlin Byrne an experienced groomer of over 3 year will be joining us. We groom your dog to your specifications. If you are unsure of how you want your pet groomed, we will help you with some ideas.
Bathing and grooming Pricing :
We receive many phone calls for price quotes. It is difficult for us to give you a firm price without seeing your pet. Our fees are based on breed, size of the pet, coat type, coat condition (hair matted, tangles) and time involved in the grooming process. We will, however, try to give you an approximate price.

De-shedding Process Treatment - $10 - $35 ( in addition to groom price )
Price depend of the size, breed of the dog and amount of hair. This conditioning treatment will get out that old, dried up, loose hair and undercoat.
De-shedding basically means getting rid of the dog's undercoat. It is a process that includes using tools to get the undercoat out and then using special formulated shampoo and de-shedding solution, to loosen up the hair even more while moisturizing the skin. Then using a high velocity dryer blowing out your pet's coat. With this process, it will keep all that hair in our salon instead of in your home. This will definitely help your pet feel cooler and cleaner in the warmer months, especially for the double coated breeds (Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Husky.....). Shedding is a natural process, some may need the de-shedding process done few times during the year, depending on the breed.
